Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Private Client Relations Specialist Italy to support the VIC strategy by coordinating stores across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and operational excellence in information flow and logistics. You will assist with client initiatives and events, coordinate client journeys and schedules, and contribute to smooth day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stores across EMEA to collect and consolidate client information and share guidance with HQ and stakeholders.
• Support execution of VIC events and experiences, including planning, execution, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate client journeys and related logistics, ensuring end-to-end delivery and proactive issue handling.
• Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings with stores to support Private Client Relations initiatives and timely follow-up.
