Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Private Client Relations Specialist EMEA to drive VIC strategy execution across stores in EMEA, coordinating information flow and supporting client initiatives and events. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stores across EMEA to collect and consolidate accurate client information, acting as a liaison between stores, HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Support execution of VIC events and experiences, ensuring smooth planning, execution and post-event documentation/reporting.
• Coordinate client journeys and related logistics, managing end-to-end execution and anticipating issues for a smooth client experience.
• Manage schedules, calendars and meetings with stores, assisting preparation and follow-up of client relations calls and initiatives.
