Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Private Client Relations Specialist for the EMEA region to drive VIC strategy across stores, coordinating information flow and client journeys with precision and professionalism.

You will support events, logistics and day‑to‑day operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, ensuring accurate data sharing, smooth client experiences and timely execution while maintaining discretion and a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• High accuracy and punctuality in all client-related activities.
• Discretion, reliability and ownership in daily tasks.
• Ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with stores across EMEA to collect and consolidate accurate client information, acting as a liaison between stores, HQ and stakeholders.
• Supports the planning and execution of VIC events and experiences, including post-event documentation and reporting.
• Manages client journeys and related logistics, ensuring end-to-end execution and smooth client experiences.
• Plans and schedules Private Client Relations activities, calendars and meetings with stores to reduce last-minute risks.
