Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll processes across Europe, ensuring timely, accurate payments and strict compliance with local tax and labor laws. You will audit cycles, develop standard procedures, and partner with HRIS and IT to support system enhancements.

The role requires 7-9 years of payroll experience, CPP certification, and strong leadership. You will manage a payroll team, plan capacity, analyze KPIs, and drive process improvements while coordinating

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regs, tax, and labor laws.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
• Capability to lead through change and implement new processes with effective performance management.
• CPP certification.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues with timing and tax implications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights; data sharing with stakeholders.
