Job summary

Danaher's Manager, EMEA Payroll leads and manages payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payroll delivery. The role partners with HR, Finance and vendors to govern regional payroll performance, risk and continuous improvement.

The position reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll within the Corporate organization, with remote or on-site options, and a focus on driving quality and efficiency across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
• 7–9 years' related payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls with focus on tax, compliance and labor laws.
• CPP certification preferred; strong leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits to verify amounts and processes.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll reports and insights.
