Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager of EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accuracy and compliance across countries. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and guides a multi-level team, partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

We value CPP certification, strong leadership, and expertise in complex EMEA payrolls, with the flexibility of remote work for eligible candidates across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years in complex EMEA payrolls with regulatory focus.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Ability to lead through change and implement new processes.
• CPP certification.
• Strategic thinking for timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles; approve payments; conduct audits.
• Prepare external and internal payroll audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax rules.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation; support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR/Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
