Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls with tax and labor law compliance.
• CPP certification and proven leadership in payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure regulatory tax and labor law compliance across regions.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Maintain payroll process docs and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide reports and insights.
