Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and strong governance. The role partners with HR, Finance and vendors, directing a multi-level team from a strategic perspective.

The position reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll within Corporate, with location flexibility (on-site or remote). A CPP-certified leader with regional payroll expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a minimum of 7-9 years' related payroll experience.
• At least 3-5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations, including tax and labor laws.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
• Capability at leading others through change and implementing new processes or standards with effective performance management.
• CPP certification is required.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues with timing and tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports and insights.
