Cytiva, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region. You will ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and smooth operations while collaborating on system upgrades with the Payroll team.

This role offers a remote work arrangement for eligible candidates, with a focus on harmonizing payroll processes and controls across borders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records; conduct regular data accuracy checks.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows across region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
