Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations across EMEA and ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global standards. The role sits within the Enterprise Payroll organization of Danaher and supports a remote work arrangement.

You will own complex multi-country payrolls, manage regulatory changes, and drive harmonization and continuous improvement across our payroll functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP or similar payroll systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

Mansioni

• Provide senior ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process payrolls with accuracy, timely filings and off-cycle payments.
• Validate data, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain and audit payroll records, including taxes and benefits.
• Support payroll system upgrades and harmonized workflows across regions.
• Collaborate on documentation of standardized payroll procedures.
