DiaSorin S.p.A. is seeking a Regional Manager, Molecular Scientific Affairs EU, based in Italy (Bresso area) with extensive expertise in infectious disease molecular diagnostics and clinical lab practices. You will lead KOL development, study execution, and collaboration with Marketing, Applications and Service teams to support the clinical diagnostics strategy.

Fluency in Italian and English is required. The role involves frequent travel within Europe and internationally, with a base salary

Qualifikationen

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of industry and/or clinical laboratory experience.
• Experience in infectious disease field preferred.
• Molecular diagnostic testing experience in a clinical lab environment.
• Ability to present technical content to stakeholders at different levels.
• Understanding of ISO/CLIA/FDA regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical materials and regulations.
• Strong presentation, teaching, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical consultant for new and existing customers across hospital and commercial accounts.
• Facilitate scientific studies and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Develop understanding of clinical practices and regulations; report on technologies.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide on-site or remote customer support.
• Educate and demonstrate benefits of products through conferences and workshops.
