Descrizione del lavoro

Radformation in Europe seeks a Clinical Success Manager to drive adoption of our radiation oncology automation tools across clinics in the EMEA region. You will train clinics, solve problems, and mentor teams to improve workflow and patient safety.

You will develop relationships, incorporate feedback into product enhancements, collaborate with the sales team, attend congresses, and travel up to 15%. Fluent in English and Italian or German, with strong presentation skills and a passion for

Competenze

Minimum 2 years experience of clinical treatment planning.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Fluent in Italian and/or German, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools.
Work with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions with/without programming team.
Collaborate with EMEA sales to demonstrate software and train clinics.
Proactively check in with customers to hear feedback and share features.
Host webinars to answer questions and highlight features.
Develop training materials for clinics.
Collaborate on research projects and recruit reference sites with sales.
Attend congresses and on-site meetings to demonstrate software.
Up to 15% travel.
