Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks an OEM Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead Europe/UK OEM sales efforts, driving value-based solutions and building strong customer relationships. This on-site role requires over 5 years in direct sales, fluency in English, and travel up to 60–70% across Europe.

You will manage accounts, prepare proposals, and expand the customer base while aligning with Armstrong’s sales process and performance targets.

Competenze

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in industry.
• Experience in solution and value-based sales.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.

Mansioni

• Lead OEM sales across Europe/UK and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and manage key OEM accounts, distributors, and design engineers.
• Prepare competitive proposals and quotations aligned with Armstrong processes.
• Define and execute the OEM sales channel strategy for Europe/UK region.
