The Dow Chemical Company is seeking a Market Segment Manager for Industrial & Chemical Processing in EMEA. You will define growth strategies, manage market opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, TS&D, R&D, and Product Management to commercialize new products and applications across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role emphasizes translating market insights into customer value, building partnerships with formulators and distributors, and delivering profitable growth while navigating

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, market development, product management, business development, commercial leadership, or a related B2B role.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, performance materials, formulation ingredients, industrial processing, or another technically differentiated B2B industry.
• Knowledge of at least one relevant market segment, including textiles, leather, pulp and paper, coatings or specialty chemical processing.
• Strong ability to translate market and customer insights into growth strategies and commercial actions.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.

• Develop market strategies, growth roadmaps, and commercial priorities based on customer needs and market trends.

• Translate market insights into differentiated value propositions, portfolio priorities, pricing recommendations and customer segmentation.
• Partner with Sales, TS&D, R&D, and Product Management to prioritize and commercialize new products and opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, formulators, distributors, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
• Monitor market performance, sustainability and regulatory developments to drive profitable growth.
