Veralto is hiring a Labor & Employee Relations Business Partner (EMEA). This fully remote role can be based in multiple approved EMEA locations and may require occasional travel within the region.

You will lead complex investigations, advise management on labor relations, and partner with HR and business leaders to address unit-specific challenges. Key requirements include a Bachelor's in HR/Labor relations, substantial ER/ LR experience, knowledge of local laws and unions, and proficiency in

• Experience leading complex investigations in employee relations.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and unions/collective bargaining.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver practical business solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters.
• Identify evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations issues including unions and grievances.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to address challenges in assigned units.
