G-P is hiring an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record space to partner with clients across Southern Europe. You will own the full employee lifecycle, advising on in-country HR matters and ensuring compliant operations while supporting a global workforce.

Duty includes managing complex employee relations, contract advisory, and immigration needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team. A fluent French and English skillset is essential, with HRIS and collaboration tools proficiency.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent French and English.
• Deep expertise of labour laws across Southern Europe, with focus in France (portage salarial).
• Experience supporting complex employee relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS and collaboration tools (Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack).

Mansioni

• Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience.
• Manage sensitive employee relations and termination cases; draft legally sound documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Serve as the in-country HR expert for Southern Europe with guidance on benefits, compliance and workforce planning.
• Stay ahead of labour laws and cultural nuances to provide actionable guidance.
• Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
• Guide clients through performance improvements and salary changes.
• Partner with Global Mobility for immigration and mobility needs.
• Identify tasks to delegate and document processes for smooth handover.
• Drive digital transformation to streamline HR processes and automation.
• Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets.
• Contribute to global HR practice standardization and continuous improvement.
