Fortinet, Inc. in Vimercate, Italy, is seeking an EMEA Talent Operations Partner to support our growing HR team across Italy, Spain and Portugal, and broader EMEA as needed.

The role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, labour law, immigration and compliance, with hands-on involvement in recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll-related processes, and HR data integrity in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Competenze

• 5-10 years of HR support experience in an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and local labor laws.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as trusted HR contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
• Deliver HR services in a customer-focused, responsive manner.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll-related tasks, offboarding.
• Maintain HR data in the HRIS with accuracy and integrity.
• Support HR operations with documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulations across supported countries.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support system optimization.
• Coordinate immigration-related processes and benefits administration.
• Provide ad hoc operational support to the wider EMEA HR team.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects and process improvements.
