Amazon.com is seeking an EU Employee Experience & Relations Business Partner to shape labor relations strategies across the EU. The role covers IT Ops, RME Tech, 3P Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation Planning & Ops Excellence, advising senior leaders on regulatory compliance and employee experience.

You'll partner with PxT, Legal, L&D, GOLD, and Operations to drive cohesive EXR programs, manage cross-country ER projects, and ensure fair, transparent employee processes while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Multi-country EU experience in employee experience or labor relations is essential.
• Fluency in English (CEFR C2) is required.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.

Mansioni

• Develop end-to-end ELR strategies grounded in local regulatory context and EU workforce dynamics.
• Advise VPs on labor relations risk, compliance obligations, and employee experience opportunities with data-backed recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate pan-EU ER risk using listening mechanisms and analytics to surface trends.
• Shape employee experience by designing interventions and partnering with ER Country Leaders.
• Navigate EU labor legislation and advise on compliance implications for strategic projects.
• Lead through change during organizational restructuring and crisis situations.
