Fortinet in Vimercate, Italy seeks an experienced EMEA Talent Operations Partner to support our growing HR team in a fast‑moving, high‑performance culture.

You will manage end‑to‑end HR administration for Italy, Spain and Portugal, ensure labour law compliance, onboarding, contracts, payroll, and HRIS data integrity.

This on‑site role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a track record of operating across multiple EMEA countries within international organisations.

Competenze

• 5–10 years' HR experience in an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience with immigration and international mobility processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional teammate with strong problem solving.

Mansioni

• Serve as HR point of contact for Italy, Spain, and Portugal within the EMEA region.
• Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer‑focused, responsive manner.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR administration across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll, offboarding.
• Maintain and audit data in HRIS with accuracy and integrity.
• Support HR operations with documentation, reports and correspondence.
