Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Optical Retail EMEA Internal Communications Intern to support the Corporate Communications team across the EMEA region. You will coordinate multi-country projects, publish content on internal channels, and help develop engaging communication materials to strengthen collaboration and alignment.

The role involves localization, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to innovative communication efforts in a global eyewear company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or ongoing studies in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
• Strong interest in corporate and internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
• International academic or professional experience is a plus.

Your role

• Collaborate with country communication contacts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of communications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Corporate Communications, Creative Hub, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to identifying new and innovative communication approaches, including the use of AI-powered tools.
