Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a Business Brand Management Intern to support marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, across Italian markets. You will collaborate with Product, Visual Merchandising, PR, E-commerce and Digital teams to maximize brand performance.

The role offers exposure to commercial strategies, events, catalog launches, and cross-functional projects, with mentorship and opportunities to contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced, global eyewear company.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Economics or related field education.
• At least 1 year experience in Healthcare, Wellbeing or Cosmetic industries.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Proactive mindset with analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Motivation and genuine interest in marketing and brand management.
• Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and English (fluent).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing plans, aligning with team goals.
• Organize marketing assets and localization of materials.
• Assist in catalogs, promotions, and product launches.
• Plan and follow up on events, roadshows and conventions.
• Coordinate with PR to create trade press content and DEM campaigns.
• Support internal reporting and management presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales.
