EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Optical Retail EMEA Internal Communications Intern to support the Corporate Communications team across the EMEA region. You will help coordinate multi-country projects and ensure content is published across internal channels.

You will develop engaging communication materials, collaborate with country contacts and cross-functional teams, and explore AI-powered approaches. This internship offers learning opportunities within a global eyewear leader.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Your role

We are looking for an Optical Retail EMEA Internal Communications Intern who will support the Corporate Communications team in managing internal communication activities across the EMEA region. You will help coordinate multi‑country communication projects, ensure the publication of content across internal channels, and contribute to the development of engaging communication materials that strengthen collaboration and alignment across countries.

Main responsibilities

• Support the coordination of internal communication projects across multiple EMEA countries.
• Manage the localization and distribution of communication materials in different languages.
• Publish content on internal communication platforms and touchpoints.
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of articles, videos, presentations, and other communication assets.
• Support the organization and communication of internal initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with country communication contacts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of communications.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Corporate Communications, Creative Hub, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to identifying new and innovative communication approaches, including the use of AI‑powered tools.
• Monitor communication activities and support day‑time project management tasks.
• Help foster engagement and knowledge sharing across the EMEA network.

Main requirements

• Master’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
• Strong interest in corporate and internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is considered a plus.
• International academic or professional experience is a plus.
