Job summary

Dayco Incorporated seeks a Director of Human Resources for EMEA to lead the people agenda across the EMEA Aftermarket and corporate functions. This role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce design, talent development, culture, and employee relations strategies.

The position provides regional HR leadership across EMEA, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people initiatives while delivering operational excellence, compliance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives and regional leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee and labor relations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or aftermarket organizations is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders and translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Lead succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Develop regional employee and labor relations strategies and manage union relationships.
• Oversee a scalable regional HR operating model and ensure compliance.
• Use workforce analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with global HR to align regional and enterprise initiatives.
