Job summary

Dayco is seeking a seasoned Director, Human Resources EMEA to lead the people agenda for the EMEA Aftermarket business and corporate functions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into workforce, organization design, and talent strategies across a diverse region.

Based in Italy with a hybrid approach, you will drive workforce planning, labor relations, compliance, and analytics, while shaping culture and leadership development across Dayco's EMEA footprint and

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
HR Business Partner experience with senior executives.
Experience managing employee and labor relations across multiple EMEA countries.
Experience leading organizational change, workforce transformation, and talent strategies in complex environments.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or aftermarket sectors preferred.
Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Act as primary HR partner to senior leaders across EMEA Aftermarket and corporate functions.
Lead succession planning, leadership development, talent assessment, workforce planning, and performance management.
Develop regional employee and labor relations strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, data privacy, and governance across EMEA.
Drive workforce analytics and provide leadership with insights.
Collaborate with global HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to align regional initiatives.
Foster cross-country collaboration in a global matrix environment.
