PPG is seeking an Regional HR Business Services Leader, EMEA, to shape the future of HR delivery across a diverse region. You will lead a service-focused HR organization that partners with country, site and plant leaders to translate workforce priorities into practical, measurable outcomes.

You will drive transformation, balance quality and compliance, and leverage data and AI-enabled tools to continuously improve HR delivery.

Qualificações

• Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally 20+ years.
• Experience leading HR Business Services or HR Operations at scale across multiple EMEA countries.
• Deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise in regulated environments.
• Strong manufacturing/site exposure with business acumen linking workforce to productivity and cost.
• Track record of transformation and continuous improvement in a global matrix.
• Degree in Law, HR, Business or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efficient, scalable HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise regional and global leaders on workforce strategy, transformation and restructuring.
• Translate priorities into regional and local implementation plans with ownership and governance.
• Strengthen HR partnerships at country/site/plant level with practical, workable solutions.
• Drive service excellence using data, process redesign and AI-enabled choices.
• Lead and evolve a high-performing HRBS organization with clear goals and accountability.
