Fortidia, Milan headquarters, seeks a Junior Financial Controller to join the Group Finance Department. Reporting to the Global VP Finance, you will contribute to monthly reporting, with a focus on Group P&L and variance analyses.

You will monitor IT costs, support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, and assist cross-entity cost allocation while collaborating with IT and accounting teams globally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field.

Mansioni

• Monitor Group P&L and variances, with focus on IT costs and capitalization.
• Support month-end closing for IT costs and accruals.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles (OPEX and CAPEX) for the Technology division.
• Support IT cost allocation and intercompany recharge models across entities.
• Develop and monitor IT KPIs and dashboards for management visibility.
