Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Vimercate, ITALY seeks a Finance Manager to lead month-end closes, forecasting and budgeting for Southern Europe. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, with emphasis on SG&A, customer P&L and cross-functional finance projects.

The successful candidate will bring advanced Excel, SAP/EPM and Power BI skills, fluent Italian and English, and FMCG multinational experience to influence senior decisions.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a multinational FMCG environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the month-end close with variance analysis and commentary.
• Oversee monthly forecasting, quarterly reviews and budgeting for Southern Europe.
• Manage SG&A spend across categories with focus on compensation, marketing and investments.
• Develop customer P&L statements and partner with sales for profitable growth.
• Provide senior management with trend analyses, projections and scenario planning.
• Lead S&OP process and deliver clear financial updates to leadership.
