Job summary

Axalta is hiring an Internal Sales Representative at our Cavenago facility in Lombardy, Italy. The successful candidate will manage the full inside sales cycle for architectural coating solutions, combining commercial drive with technical curiosity to guide B2B clients to suitable coating specifications and drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or account management in industrial sectors, strong Excel and CRM skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer support in industrial sectors.
• Ability to read technical specs and drawings; willingness to learn powder coating chemistry.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound prospecting; qualify inquiries and route to BU for new business.
• Provide technical consultation on powder chemistry and finishes for client applications.
• Prepare price estimates and formal proposals based on client specs.
• Maintain logs of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in SFDC.
• Collaborate with CSR, BO, lab, and supply chain to fulfill requests.
