Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain is seeking a Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence to lead the deployment of standardized partner management processes across the EMEA distribution network. This role sits within the MTSC Transformation W&T pillar and collaborates with global and regional transformation teams.

The position will drive governance, analytics, and KPI tracking, ensuring adherence to standards while supporting an asset-light operating model and scalable supplier partnerships across

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Must have regional experience in managing multiple markets operations / suppliers / providers
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
• Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, reporting files, or governance materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support structured execution of operational processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and drive execution in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Source to Contract Excellence: define contracting standards and ensure they are deployed across EMEA logistics contracts.
• Partner Performance Management: build analytics, track performance, train regional teams, maintain a centralized portal.
• Engagement Model and Segmentation Ownership: establish partner standards, governance templates, and segmentation framework.
• Governance and Execution: ensure day-to-day partner engagement per standards, support enterprise governance cadences, implement new KPIs.
