ZAPI GROUP is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer – Electric Motors to support Area and Account Managers. You will analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical and commercial solutions, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to drive opportunities in AC, PM, and DC motor solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering and 1–6 years in relevant sectors, with travel about 25% nationally and internationally.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromagnetic, or Industrial/Management Engineering.
1–6 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, electric motors, industrial automation, or related sectors.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Support Area Manager and/or Account Manager during customer meetings and business development activities.
Analyze customer technical and application requirements and identify suitable product solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting.
Prepare technical and commercial documentation supporting quotations and proposals.
Coordinate technical feasibility assessments with Engineering and Product Management.
Support definition of product specifications, costs, and project timelines.
Monitor assigned projects through industrialization and product launch phases.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Organize and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and customer training sessions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service.
Monitor technology trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
