ZAPI GROUP, based in Italy, is seeking an Experienced Mechanical Engineer for electric motors. You will design mechanical/electromagnetic components and lead projects across product lifecycles, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective motor solutions.

The role requires 5–10 years in motor design, proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, FEM simulations, and a strong manufacturing mindset.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in electric motor design.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Design and develop mechanical and electromagnetic motor components and systems.
• Define architectures for new product platforms.
• Optimize designs for manufacturing processes including machining, casting, forming and additive manufacturing.
• Create and maintain CAD models and engineering analyses supporting development.
• Lead engineering changes and maintain product documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews.
