Job summary

Miro al mare in Ceriale, Italy seeks a proactive Property Manager / Co-Host to manage day-to-day operations and promote the brand. The role focuses on international guest communication in English, direct bookings, and sustainable hospitality practices.

You will handle onboarding, housekeeping oversight, and coordination with local technicians to ensure top-notch guest experiences while enforcing house rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for international guest communication and marketing.
• Experience in tourism marketing and direct booking channels is expected.
• Strong commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
• Must reside locally in Ceriale or nearby with own transport.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays to accommodate guest turnover.
• Administrative integrity: CIN and CITRA remain in owner’s name.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional marketing to boost off-season and direct bookings.
• Communicate with international guests in English before, during, and after stays.
• Oversee guest onboarding, check-ins, and clear property guidance (e.g., stairs access).
• Oversee eco-friendly cleaning, linen changes, restocking, and sustainable welcome kits.
• Inspect property before/after stays for damage or missing items; coordinate maintenance with local technicians.
