Arsenalia Group is seeking an experienced procurement transformation professional to join our team in Italy. You will participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of digital procurement solutions across SAP Ariba, Coupa, and JAGGAER, collaborating with clients to translate requirements into functional outcomes.

You will also design end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and coordinate workstreams within multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• 3/4 years of experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or other Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy in managing assigned activities while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3/4 years of experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or other Source‑to‑Pay / e‑procurement platforms. Experience with SAP Ariba is welcome but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

• Experience in international project environments.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP integration scenarios and procurement ecosystems.

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a strong customer‑oriented approach.
• Previous experience leading functional teams or mentoring junior consultants.
