Job summary

Arsenalia Group is seeking a procurement transformation consultant to join a team delivering digital procurement solutions for clients in Italy. You will participate in analysis, design and implementation of Source-to-Pay platforms, collaborate with clients, configure and test functionalities, and support projects through go-live and hypercare.

You will design end-to-end processes and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams.
• Proficient English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy in managing assigned activities while collaborating with others.
• Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad.

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or other Source‑to‑Pay / e‑procurement platforms. Experience with SAP Ariba is welcome but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy in managing assigned activities while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

• Certifications related to SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER or similar procurement platforms.
• Experience in international project environments.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP integration scenarios and procurement ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a strong customer‑oriented approach.
• Previous experience leading functional teams or mentoring junior consultants.
