Arsenalia Group in Italy invites experienced consultants to join a team delivering innovative digital transformation for our clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary projects and lead change management initiatives, developing adoption strategies and shaping training and internal communications to align with technology and business processes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HR processes, internal comms, or digital business areas.

• Strong interest in organizational change and willingness to take new challenges.
• Ability to build empathetic relationships with senior management.
• Analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and autonomous work approach.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

How you’ll make a difference

• Support digital transformation by coordinating multidisciplinary projects and managing all phases with precision.
• Lead assessment activities and design change management plans tailored to client needs.

What we’re looking for

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in consulting firms or companies, in roles related to HR, Communication, and/or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of processes and logic in at least one of the following areas: HR, internal communication/collaboration, digital business (e.g. commerce, CRM).
• Manage complex digital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Work on and/or manage technology-driven Change Management initiatives.
• Show strong interest in organizational change and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Build empathetic relationships with top and middle management.
• Apply analytical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing time and activities.
• Act with proactivity, flexibility, and autonomy.
• Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €29,000 to €40,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
