Job summary

Arsenalia Group is seeking a SAP SysOps specialist to join a team delivering innovative SAP solutions and supporting digital transformation for clients. You will manage SAP infrastructure architecture, deployment, monitoring, and performance across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments, while guiding upgrades, migrations and landscape changes.

Travel may be required; English at B2+ is expected. The role is covered by CNEL code C011, with competitive salary bands and a focus on engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SAP SysOps or SAP System Administrator.
• Define architectural frameworks and draft Statements of Work.
• Knowledge of Oracle and HANA databases for SAP.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and monitoring tools.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
• Understanding of networks and system integration.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel for short/medium/long-term assignments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Understanding of network protocols and system integration principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in new environments and across different projects.
• Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €33,000 to €45,000 for the middle profile and from €46,000 to €55,000 for the Senior profile. The final offer may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

What we would consider a plus

• Degree or diploma in IT, electronics, or equivalent skills.
• Experience with databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, HANA, and SQL Server environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) in SAP contexts.
