HONOR is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Intern to support daily operations of HONOR Mall in Italy, including order processing, product information management, and data analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams and monitor order status to ensure smooth processing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong Excel skills, and is fluent in English and Italian, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; pivot tables and lookups are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.
• Assist with after-sales and other order-related tasks when required.
• Collect, organize and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and traffic data; prepare regular reports.
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, orders, conversion rate, traffic and AOV to drive insights.
