HONOR is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Intern to support daily operations of HONOR Mall in Italy, including order processing, product information management, and data analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams and monitor order status to ensure smooth processing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong Excel skills, and is fluent in English and Italian, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; pivot tables and lookups are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese is a plus.

• Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.

Job location: Milan

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support the daily operations of HONOR Mall and other e-commerce activities in Italy. You will be involved in order processing, product information management, sales and traffic data analysis, and various operational tasks. This is a hands‑on role that provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and online retail business. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, analytical, and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to turn operational information into clear and actionable insights.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.
• Assist with after-sales and other order-related operational tasks when required
• Collect, organize and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and traffic data. Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as sales, orders, conversion rate, traffic, average order value and product performance.
• Support the team in turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
• experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Strong execution capability and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Chinese is a plus.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, data analysis or internships is a plus, but not mandatory.
