HONOR is seeking an E-commerce Operations Intern to support HONOR Mall in Italy. You will help with order processing, product information management, and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth online retail activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to turn data into actionable insights, with fluency in English and Italian and a willingness to learn.

• Bachelor''s degree or above is required.

• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; data analysis experience is a plus.

• Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.
• Assist with after-sales and other order-related operational tasks when required.
• Collect, organize and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and traffic data; prepare regular sales and operational reports.
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, orders, conversion rate, traffic, average order value and product performance.
• Support the team in turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Position: E-commerce Operation Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support the daily operations of HONOR Mall and other e-commerce activities in Italy. You will be involved in order processing, product information management, sales and traffic data analysis, and various operational tasks. This is a hands-on role that provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and online retail business. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, analytical, and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to turn operational information into clear and actionable insights.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.
• Assist with after-sales and other order-related operational tasks when required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Strong execution capability and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese is a plus.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, data analysis or internships is a plus, but not mandatory.
