Concentrix in Italy is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a strong emphasis on Customer Insights - Journeys. This customer-facing role requires leading technical conversations in English and Italian and aligning platform capabilities with client business goals.
Travel is expected to be modest; you will design, configure, and optimize CIJ and supporting Data/Power Platform components to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for clients
Competenze
- Fluent English and Italian; capable of leading business and technical conversations.
- Based in Italy; customer-facing Solution Architect role.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Extensive experience with Power Apps and Power Platform.
Mansioni
- Lead solution architecture, design, and optimization for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on CIJ.
- Design, troubleshoot, and enhance CIJ capabilities including Journeys, Segments, Events, Insights, and Lead Management.
- Assess and implement performance, stability, and scalability improvements across D365 CE environments.
- Translate business objectives into configuration, customization, and architecture decisions.
