MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Product Owner – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Events Management to lead the strategic evolution, value delivery, and continuous development of customer data and event-driven engagement capabilities. You will own the product vision, drive prioritization, feature definition, and end-to-end ownership balancing business strategy, platform capabilities, and execution.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in fast-paced environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related CRM or marketing platforms.
Understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, and event-driven engagement.

Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Events Management.
Own and prioritize the product backlog with high-quality user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Act as SME for Customer Insights, guiding adoption and solution design.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and data teams to align with strategy and sustainability.
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and adoption.
