MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a cross-functional team. You will design, build and test CRM solutions, integrate with other systems, and create Power BI dashboards to drive insights and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI, with Customer Service experience and an Agile mindset. On-site in Italy, with a focus on continuous evolution and equal opportunity.

Competenze

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with focus on CRM solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service; Agile/Scrum is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, analyze, design, build and test internal CRM projects.
• Design and implement CRM solutions; integrate with other systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Dynamics CRM.
• Support SIT, UAT, production and fix defects; document work.
