MSC Technology Italy is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to drive CRM solutions across planning, design, development and testing. You will join a cross-functional team delivering advanced CRM projects in a multinational setting.

You will translate business needs into robust software solutions, build dashboards with Power BI, and integrate CRM with other systems. A strong background in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript and Agile practices is required.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with domain knowledge in Customer Service and Shipping industry.
• Minimum 3 year of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM and Power BI development experiences.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in ASP.NET C# development, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS and other web base technology and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service is essential.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred.
• Experience with APPIUM and JMeter is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist across all phases of internal CRM projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
• Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
• Offer solutions for business needs or issues.
• Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
• Ensure project quality meets MSC standards.
• Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans.
• Design, develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
• Configure and customize workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop reports.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Develop web applications, web APIs and services to integrate with CRM.
• Complete documentation including source codes, specs, and unit tests.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production and fix defects.
• On ad-hoc basis, develop automated tests.
