Job summary

Ariston Group seeks a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics to drive the evolution of our CRM and customer engagement platforms across brands and markets. You will lead a distributed, international team of Dynamics analysts, developers, and specialists to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and related Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service) including design and customization.
3+ years in a leadership role leading international, distributed teams.
Strong functional and technical expertise in D365 and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists.
Drive end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 solutions across Service, Marketing, and Sales.
Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across product teams.
Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities; oversee lifecycle of initiatives.
Establish development standards, DevOps, and ALM; manage integrations with other platforms.
Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack within D365; collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
