Ariston Group in Fabriano, Italy, seeks a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics to drive the evolution of our CRM and customer engagement platforms across brands and markets. You will lead a distributed, international team of specialists delivering design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and related AI capabilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service).
• 3+ years in a leadership or team management role, ideally leading international teams.
• Strong functional and technical expertise with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional, international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts and developers.
• Drive end‑to‑end architecture, design, and evolution of D365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions.
• Act as SME for the D365 stack, providing governance and best practices across product teams.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of D365 initiatives.
• Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps, and ALM processes.
• Contribute to integration strategy with other enterprise platforms.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack within D365.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
