Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Application Programmer based in Italy to contribute to a major Dynamics 365 CRM modernization initiative. You will design, develop, and support enterprise applications, including customer portals and AI-enhanced customer engagement solutions.

The role operates in an Agile/Scrum environment with remote-first delivery, mentoring opportunities, and collaboration with analysts, QA, and leadership to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing apps.
• Proficient in full software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices.
