Ariston Group in Fabriano/Milan (Hybrid) seeks a Front-End Sub-Chapter Lead to mentor developers, set architectural direction, and enforce engineering standards across the digital product domain.

Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable digital solutions while shaping the chapter's capability plans and collaborating with ICT and product teams. Strong frontend, AEM familiarity, and agile leadership are essential.

Competenze

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar related fields.
• 6+ years of professional IT experience with multinational context.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• 3+ years hands-on with HTML5, CSS, Java, JavaScript in digital solutions.
• Frontend expertise with React/Angular/Bootstrap/jQuery and UI design systems.
• Experience with AEM (Sites/Assets); knowledge of AEM Cloud is a plus.
• Scrum/Agile experience and proficiency with MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary technical reference for the sub-chapter domain.
• Guide developers through architectural decisions and code quality.
• Ensure consistent application of engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify & allocate resources for Digital Product development per capacity plan.
• Mentor chapter members and develop long-term capability plans.
• Collaborate with ICT infra, security, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable digital solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and technical communities of practice.
