Ariston Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 specialist to design, configure, and evolve CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital solutions, focusing on process digitization, system integration, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and strong English; travel up to 25% is expected. Salary starts at €36,000 gross per year under CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and solution development.
• Proven experience in digitalizing and optimizing business processes within commercial and customer-facing domains.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Adobe AEM.
• Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, business rules, and Power Platform components to support end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute across the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
