Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our project teams in Italy. You will set up and maintain the project's CDE, manage document flow and version control, and coordinate with clients, owner engineers, and suppliers to keep information accurate and accessible.

You will ensure compliance with project standards and regulations, generate reports, and support QA and project closeout. Fluent English is required, German language knowledge is a plus; SAP knowledge is

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in document control for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document management systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation processes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients and owner engineers.
