Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and lifecycle.
• Experience with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to coordinate multiple document streams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation including technical submissions and handover records.
• Ensure document control processes and reporting are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
• Support commissioning and handover activities by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
